- 2026-09-10T16:11:31Z · 5/5: I’ve been to Cozumel about eight times and have stayed in different places each time. This was the first place that I really felt I wanted to come back to. It had a great rooftop pool area, though I wish they pulled their cushions in when it rained and had them available to lay out so you’re not on a wet cushion. But that’s like a tiny little 2% issue I would take away from them. The two bedroom two bathroom condo that I had had two great balconies, was very clean and had great art on the walls. The water pressure in the bathroom bathrooms was fantastic and the staff was completely genuine. I would go back in a second… And I will definitely book with them next time.
- 2026-09-04T15:51:01Z · 5/5: We really enjoyed our stay! The space is lovely and the rooftop pool and bar is tough to beat! The location is really close to the city center so there’s lots of good restaurants with a 10 min walk. The staff were very helpful and had good recommendations for the area. The WiFi in the apartment was fast and reliable so working remote was very easy. We had an issue early on where the apartment we were assigned was different from the listing, but the staff was very responsive and moved us to another unit quickly. Overall it was a great stay!

Close to everything, well appointed, super nice staff, love our balcony and the neighborhood, grocery store very close, rooftop pool is small but lovely with a superb view! Only knocking a star because despite the gracious attempts of staff we never got our nespresso, stove it safe to work. Coffee on site is abysmal, breakfast is pretty grim and the beds are very hard. But otherwise we loved this place and would def come back!
