Every Kippal stay starts with choosing a collection: the layout, the amenities and the standard you can count on. You book a collection, never a numbered unit. Each apartment is a full home with a kitchen, so you keep the space of a rental and add a staffed building around it.

The rooftop, the lobby and a team at the door
Fourteen apartments share one building, so the good parts are shared too: a rooftop pool over the port, a lobby that pours coffee before the early boats, and someone on site around the clock.

The waterfront is a few blocks away. Centro's restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, and a supermarket is a very short walk from your door.

Every apartment has a full kitchen and laundry, so multi-generation families have space to cook and spread out. Groceries in, dinner at home, room for everyone.

Welcome drinks and Kippal hats at check-in, hot water that stays hot, AC that works. Guests who tried other rentals tell you the rest.
I’ve been to Cozumel about eight times and have stayed in different places each time. This was the first place that I really felt I wanted to come back to. It had a great rooftop pool area, though I wish they pulled their cushions in when it rained and had them available to lay out so you’re not on a wet cushion. But that’s like a tiny little 2% issue I would take away from them. The two bedroom two bathroom condo that I had had two great balconies, was very clean and had great art on the walls. The water pressure in the bathroom bathrooms was fantastic and the staff was completely genuine. I would go back in a second… And I will definitely book with them next time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The space is lovely and the rooftop pool and bar is tough to beat! The location is really close to the city center so there’s lots of good restaurants with a 10 min walk. The staff were very helpful and had good recommendations for the area. The WiFi in the apartment was fast and reliable so working remote was very easy. We had an issue early on where the apartment we were assigned was different from the listing, but the staff was very responsive and moved us to another unit quickly. Overall it was a great stay!
