Amy was such a responsive, delightful host. The Kippal team helped call me taxis each morning for my scuba certification classes and were charming and thoughtful hosts. I loved the rooftop bartender and the welcome drinks -- lots of caring touches.

We had a good stay, the views from the balcony were great and the staff were lovely. The pool was cold which was a bummer but they had just filled it back up upon arrival so it definitely needed some time to heat up. There was a light breakfast spread in the lobby every morning which was nice especially for divers. The shades in the bedroom were a little off kilter but they blocked the light from the street just fine. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the drainage in the shower, I assume the pipes were clogged so showers had to be quick to avoid flooding. Overall it was a great stay and I would come back again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the included breakfast, and the fact that a large container of drinkable water was supplied for us. Entry to the unit is done with a keyless pad, which was very easy to use. Everything in the place was clean and in good working order. We had two balconies, which were great places to relax and read or use the Wi-Fi. The condo is located a few blocks from the large “Mega” grocery/department store. We came to snorkel and there are restaurants you can patronize in return for snorkeling off their dock. Our favorite is La Monina, but there are others that are good, as well. We don’t mind a good walk and got to these locations on foot. We did rent a car one day so we could tour the island a bit and then snorkel at the Money Bar Restaurant south on the coast from town. We were extremely happy with this rental and would absolutely come again in the future.

We had a great week at Kippal, the view from the rooftop was outstanding, and the whole rooftop terrace was very sweet. In a quieter part of town yet easy to get to the waterfront and Centro, plenty of good restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Try Jeannie’s on the beach across from Mega for breakfast. If I saw any weak points, they were the size of the second bedroom, quite tiny, and not a queen bed. And the little cartridge coffee maker was totally inadequate to the task. All in all a great experience, only three units per floor, and everyone was well-behaved. I would certainly stay there again with a small group.

Beautiful place. Great location. 2 blocks to sea wall. 2 blocks to mega mart. Easy to hail taxis. Wonderful rooftop. Welcoming people but on staff and also staying there. Definitely a good find a value BNB. Close enough to everything that everything is easy to get to, far enough away you’re not swarmed by cruise ship short stayers.

One of my favorite places to stay when in Cozumel. Minutes from everything. Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Everthing is alway pristine. I Highly recommend the place.
