We had a great time. We felt same, comfortable and well taken care of. Beds were super comfortable and rooftop pool was amazing at the end of a long day exploring. Staff were all friendly! Location was perfect for us! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back and stay there next year!

Estuvimos pocos días pero valieron la pena, nos sentimos muy cómodos en Kippal, todo como nuevo, limpio, buena atención de todos en el edificio. Ayelet estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo y respondió cadi al instante cada duda. El depa está súper ubicado, caminando tienes restaurantes, cafés, el ferry, tiendas, salida a todos lados y al mismo tiempo un lugar tranquilo y seguro. Volveremos sin duda. Éramos 5 en un PH y estuvimos muy cómodos. Muy buena experiencia este Airbnb.

Great unit within walking distance of the ferry, dive and scuba shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. This is right in the middle of the town as far as Cozumel goes. We liked the views from this penthouse (wraparound balcony with ocean/cruise ship/sunset views). Unit was well furnished, and the hosts at this building are EXTREMELY responsive and willing to help with anything. Parking on the street outside the building is easy. Working wifi, tvs, good air conditioning. Hot water was reliable in showers. Unit came with good supply of bottled water and toiletries already provided.
While the neighborhood can be slightly noisy, I will note that even as someone that is extremely bothered by noise when trying to sleep, at actual night/sleeping hours the neighborhood actually becomes rather quiet. I didn't have any issues in this regard with sleep. Even light sleepers should be fine as long as your sleeping hours fallbetween ten pm and 8 am ish. I even managed to sleep in a few days.
