Pros: great location, off the main strip yet easy walking to shopping & dining. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend the e-bike rental. Staffed bar on rooftop, great views of the ports, in unit drinking water cooler (supplied), ceiling fans in each room
Cons: unit is tired, wood work and walls are tattered, hot water supply does not support simultaneous showers, pigeons & feces litter the balcony, no getting away from the noise (busy street, almost constant dog barking), AC in master bdrm did not cool below 25C, toiletries & towels needed to be requested vs refreshed, 2nd bdrm bed is smaller than a queen unlikely to fit two adults.
Overall, we loved the staff and the access but there is no quiet space and the unit needs an update.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Andy went above and beyond. communication was fast, clear, and super friendly, and he even upgraded me to the suite, which was such a wonderful surprise! The service was truly a big plus and made my stay extra special. I’d highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again.

Modern design, fairly close, reasonable value, not a good choice for remote work Nice modern NEW building, good 180 degree ocean rooftop view, powerful AC, comfortable bedding, but needs some adjustments. "Swing" rope chairs at kitchen counter are very uncomfortable, and are of NO practical value. No toaster which is very strange. Initially no drip coffee maker, it was supplied upon request on day 3. No desk height surface for computer work, the dining room table is six inches too high for keyboard use and kitchen counter has no usable chairs. No plastic pitcher for drinks. Little available countertop space. No oven. Microwave must be lifted out of cabinet and placed on dining room table for each use, which is very burdensome. Outdoor balcony is nice, but planters are filled with tiny gravel which the pigeons LOVE to roost in, leading to bird excrement and scattered gravel on the balcony floor each morning. No corkscrew. Had to buy a kitchen strainer. EXCELLENT bike storage area. Shower head leaks in master bath. Good WiFi signal. Friendly staff. Unit is smaller than it appears in the photos, but nice overall.

Wow! 😍 Kippal is a wonderful gem in Cozumel, and I will 1000% come back again. Our host was extremely helpful and made sure that we had a lovely stay! Not only did they provide water and a welcome drink for us, but the staff in the facility made us feel so welcome, by giving us recommendations for things to do in the area which was an added plus.
The location is perfect for families with small children, as there is a lot fun activists for them to do right on the facility…. My 9 year old nephew LOVED playing downstairs and swimming in the child-friendly pool… which is great for parents who want a little relaxation during their stay.
The infinity pool on the rooftop was the highlight of my experience… watching the sunset over Cozumel is an experience I’ll never forget!
This place is one for the books and I can’t wait to tell my online travel community about this place 😀❤️ I will be back again!

Property in newly built. Short walk to San Miguel center, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and dive shops. Fully air conditioned, beautiful rooftop pool with oceans views and comfortable lounge furniture with umbrellas. Service is above and beyond - when we inquired about a toaster, while they didn’t have one, they purchased one and delivered it to our door with 2 hours. Overall, would highly recommend Kippal for your next visit to Cozumel.
